Growth Unlocked

One key aspect of innovation in evaluation lies in the adoption of new methodologies and approaches. Traditional evaluation methods often relied on fixed frameworks and standardized metrics. However, in the face of complex and dynamic challenges, we now embrace more flexible and adaptive approaches allowing for the exploration of diverse data sources, utilization of advanced analytics, and incorporation of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and machine learning.

With the advent of big data and sophisticated data analysis tools, we can now access and analyse vast amounts of information more efficiently. This enables us to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that were previously difficult, or slow, to identify. The use of advanced data visualization techniques also facilitates the communication of evaluation findings in a more accessible and impactful way.

We use AI without mechanising evaluation, offering a human centred evaluation methods, whilst mindful of confidential material and AI learning feeds.

By far, the most innovative facet of evaluation in the recent past has ensured that the field expanded beyond simply assessing program effectiveness to encompass a broader understanding of impact.

We now explore outcomes and impacts at multiple levels, including individual, organizational, and societal dimensions. The holistic approach we employ enables a deeper understanding of the complex processes and dynamics that drive change and examines long-term sustainability to inform future decision-making and program design.

We find this evolving landscape of evaluation exciting- pushing new knowledge and challenging assumptions- and we believe these are the means to shape a more sustainable and effective future.
