Gender and Social Inclusion
We provide valuable insights into whether the interventions are making a positive difference in promoting gender equality, addressing social exclusion, and reducing discrimination by assessing outcomes and impacts of Gender and Social Inclusion initiatives.
We aim to provide a deeper understanding of the contextual factors, implementation challenges, and best practices that can inform future programming and policy development, whilst ensuring accountability and transparency.
To be able to do this, our evaluations adopt a gender-responsive and intersectional lens, recognizing that gender inequalities intersect with other forms of discrimination and social hierarchies. This requires systematically addressing nuanced gender evaluation processes.
Global and National Health
We collaborate closely with various global agencies and NGOs to enhance their efforts in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals. SDG 3, enshrines health and well-being for all and reaches ventures which are rudimentarily packaged to achieve public health needs. We believe a one-health approach to encompass all health-corresponding SDGs will embolden strategies, and increase productivity within custodial UN organizations.
Our extensive involvement in the field of healthcare comprises a range of activities such as assessing the effectiveness of health programs, and conducting comprehensive evaluations of strategic, policy, thematic, and country-wide initiatives.
We draw from our vast technical expertise and diverse regional work (North Africa, the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa, the Pacific and Southeast Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, and Latin America), to specialize in various areas including project design and implementation, strengthening health systems, managing Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS, TB, and malaria initiatives, responding to health emergencies and ensuring preparedness, implementing immunization programmes, addressing sexual and reproductive health and rights, and combating gender-based violence.
Additionally, we provide support to organizations in improving their data collection, synthesis, and reporting mechanisms to effectively monitor health outcomes.
Migration, Refugees, Displaced Populations
We work with displaced populations and migration management to ensure regional strategies illustrate leadership and added value in migration management. When engaging with governments, donors, and partners in implementation, measuring implementation impact, resilience and sustainability, we endeavour to provide for meaningful outcomes, as has been seen in our work in the horn of Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America.
